Course Details
Further opportunity to develop brickwork skills plus literacy and numeracy. Course content: health and safety; access equipment; hand tools, materials and equipment; building solid walls/piers, cavity walls, chimneys; masonry structures; working drawings. Site visits with contractors including Berkeley Homes, Barratt Homes and Willmott Dixon.

Entry Requirements
4 x GCSEs at D/3 or above, or a Level 1 qualification in a relevant subject. GCSE profile must include either maths and/or English, or a Functional Skills qualification in maths and/or English. Course Structure section also states: Two GCSEs at Grade D or above, or successful completion of the Foundation Award in Construction. A College assessment will be required.
