Level 1 Diploma in Brickwork; Level 2 Diploma in Brickwork
Course Details
Level 1 covers blocklaying, bricklaying, cavity walling, setting out and building masonry structures up to DPC, and principles of building construction. Level 2 for those who have completed a first year bricklaying course; also suitable for apprenticeship schemes working towards NVQ Level 2.
Duration
Level 1 and Level 2: 1 year full time (per course pages). NVQ Level 2 course stated to run over 2 years (per Level 2 page).
Entry Requirements
Level 1: GCSE Grade 3 (or equivalent) in English and maths (per course page). Level 2: Level 1 Diploma in Brickwork; GCSE English and maths at grade 3 (or equivalent) (per course page).
