Course Details
Practical bricklaying in EDC's bricklaying workshop on the ground floor of Peterlee campus, from laying a first brick to building full walls. Level 2 units include construction health and safety; construction information, quantities and communication; construction principles; construct solid walling; construct cavity walling; repair and maintain. Assessed via online exams, workbooks, projects and practical test pieces.
Duration
1 Year, full time (Level 1 and Level 2). Adult Entry Level 3 is part-time.

FEES & FUNDING
Level 1: 3216.00 (FREE if 16-18). Level 2: 4089.60 (FREE if 16-18). For adult learners, many courses are free or heavily discounted; eligibility depends on the course and circumstances.
