Level 2 Bricklaying Apprenticeship; Brickwork Level 3 part-time Certificate (workplace NVQ-style units)
Course Details
Level 2 apprenticeship: bricklaying as a core function in house building; H&S, customer service, buildings, energy efficiency, materials, alternative construction techniques, feature and reinforced brickwork, fireplace and chimneys; CSCS card on completion. Level 3 part-time: theory workbooks plus site visits and assessor observation; mandatory units include setting out masonry structures and erecting masonry to form architectural and decorative structures.

Entry Requirements
Level 3 part-time: experience of working in the construction industry as a bricklayer; previous Level 2 not required but some supervisor duties needed to achieve this qualification.
