NOCN L1 Diploma in Bricklaying; NOCN L2 Extended Technical Occupational Entry for Bricklaying (Diploma)
Course Details
Level 1: mixture of practical and theory; cavity walls, solid walls, blockwork, transferring levels; taught by qualified tutors in well equipped workshops; approximately 3 days a week. Level 2: bricklaying, blocklaying, cavity walls, thin joint methods, setting out, masonry cladding and modular paving.
Duration
Level 1: 1 year (7/09/2026-18/06/2027). Level 2: 1 Year (7/09/2026-18/06/2027).
Entry Requirements
Level 1: minimum GCSE grade 3 in Mathematics and English supported by two at grade 2, one preferably in science. Level 2: successful completion of L1 Bricklaying programme; Maths grade 3; English grade 3.

FEES & FUNDING
Tuition Fees: 16-18 free. 19+ £1650. Exam and Registration Fees (payable by all aged 19 and over): Level 1 £110; Level 2 £145. Additional costs may apply (kit, uniform, trips or books).
